I add people whose blogs seem interesting for me. Or they are my friends already. Sometimes i add some people based on results of this TrustFlow thing. Adding or deleting isn't a big deal for me, it doesn't mean anything special, but don't be a stranger, say hi - and probably we'll manage well.
